Lets Discuss...

014_BreastDoctors_DC4_0203 J&C copy_edited.jpg

Breast Cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women worldwide. It is the second most common cause of death in women.

There are different organizations that recommend screening mammograms at different ages and at different intervals.

I am here to endorse YEARLY mammograms , EVERY YEAR starting at least at age 40!

Your primary doctor or gynecologist should do a risk assessment at age 25-30 to evaluate your family history and other risk factors that may lead to you having a recommendation for earlier mammogram screening!

Self Care Journal

Receiving a cancer diagnosis is challenging.

We all handle life’s challenges in different ways.

I wanted to create a  journal  to help organize

many of the thoughts, emotions, and questions

that arise throughout the process of

navigating cancer.

This can be a private space to track appointments,

questions for healthcare providers,

self-care activities, treatment symptoms, and feelings.
